Catalyst Project

Here we can publish a bit about the funded Catalyst proposal that kickstarted this initiative.

Overview​

The idea

Problem: Plenty of Cardano projects have great dev muscle but lack Design and User experience skills to relate with their users.

Solution: We'll run an open office to facilitate resources, advisory and consulting on Design and UX.

The services our initiative will provide can be summarised as:

  • Consultation to Cardano projects and communities about their product and marketing strategy.
  • Help regarding usability, UX design, User stories/flow (often tech teams neglect this), localization tools, test cases, …
  • Live calls to support project’s users while learning to use Cardano plus core concepts (UTxO, SCs, Staking, …); Basic tools on managing their community of users

  • Ms1-Awareness - Initial kickstart relations with the community
  • Ms2-Knowledge - Start calls to discuss relevant topics; Improve this knowledgebase;
  • Ms3-ProjBatch#1 - Continue calls and knowledgebase improvements; Support the first cohort of projects;
  • Ms4-ProjBatch#2 - Continue calls and knowledgebase improvements; Support the second cohort of projects;
  • Ms5-ProjBatch#3 - Continue calls and knowledgebase improvements; Support the third cohort of projects;
  • Ms6-Report - Open-source resources; Close out call; Catalyst close out reports and video;
